Item description: * A nice and important antique Georgian era diamond transformable pendant brooch in the form of a swirled serpent or snake clover leaf. The pendant is in an absolutely perfect condition with a total of 34 rose cut diamonds and estimated total diamond weight of more than 2 carats. All diamonds are closed set into yellow gold and silver with filigree yellow gold side boards. The pendant / brooch measures roughly 27mm in diameter and 40mm tall along with hook. Both the hook’s clasp as well as the pin’s clasp are made movable so that those parts can be adjusted for type of wear, i.e. necklace pendant or brooch. Gross weight of pendant is 10.8 grams. Scarce and rare antique collector jewelry / jewellery and one of the exceptional pieces of Georgian era pendants, brooches and diamond jewels.
