Item description: * See scan - perfect condition. This is a very rare Bulgarian real photo / photograph postcard from 1906 commemorating the jubillee of the first Bulgarian midwife / obstetrician / accoucheur, who graduated in Russia and until 1906 had assisted in childbirth of 3,248 children / kids. Also it says on the card that she is one of the best Black Sea coast swimmers and has saved over 48 drowning people. She also took part in the Serbia / Serb Bulgaria war of 1885 - 1886 and has received numerous decoration awards. Scarce collector piece and one of the very rare Bulgarian postcards.
